• Standardise, Optimise and Simplify Eskom Engineering by developing and implementing engineering processes and applications nationally. Design and develop training material for deployment of processes and applications. Develop and conduct change management and communication activities to prepare business for processes and applications roll-out. Conduct design base back-fit activities in Generation, Transmission and Distribution businesses. Execute plant walk-down activities in Generation
• Assisted Eskom’s Underground Coal Gasification management in developing a detailed demonstration and commercial financial model to establish if the pricing of gas in this model meets Eskom’s expectations to commercialise the plant.
